If your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact us on 01462 459 595 for further instruction. Please do not discard any of the merchandise and packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. Please notify us immediately if your order is damaged.
If the product is defective in any way, please contact us on 01462 45 95 95 so we can arrange to have the product returned and inspected. We will then make sure that your product is (i.e repaired, replaced or refunded). The action will be dependent on the inspection we make.
Sometimes different brands do not fit correctly to their stated label size. In that case you just post the item back to us at the Return address found on your delivery note. Just include your details (or a copy of your original delivery note) with the new size details and we will send the exchanged size back to you at no extra cost.
Item not as Expected
If you are unhappy with one of the products (other than where the product is damaged or defective), within 30 days of receiving your goods. Send it back to us and we will refund the products price. We only have the conditions that:
- All packaging and tags must be attached and undamaged.
- The item must be in perfect condition, exactly how you received it.
However the cost of return postage is at your expense and any refund amount will exclude delivery charges (i.e. we will not refund the original delivery charges you paid).
